Shri Priyakant Ju Temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and the temple ensconced the beautiful and attractive deities of Lord Krishna and Radha. The theme of the construction of this temple is Radha Krishna, Radharani is in the form of Priya Ji and Bhagwan Shri Krishna takes that of Kant Ju giving darshan to the devotees.

This temple dedicated to Lord Krishna is a beautifully styled structure that appears to look as if it sits on a lotus. Priyakant Ju Temple is a 125 feet high masterpiece that is surrounded by ponds and fountains on both sides reflecting the classical Indian architecture. If you visit during the evening, you can witness the entire temple complex illuminate with neon white lights. Since this temple is located on the route to Prem Mandir, you can easily pay a visit.

About the Temple

The Vishwa Shanti Charitable Trust resolved to build the Priyakant Ju temple in 2007. Shri Priyakant Ju temple was established by Shri Devikinandan Thakur, the President of the Vishwa Shanti Charitable Trust in 2009 and it took almost seven years to complete. The first phase of temple construction started in June 2012. Priyakant Ju Temple was opened for public in February 8, 2016. The temple was inaugurated by Sri Kaptan Singh Solanki, Governor of Haryana. Lakhs of devotees participated in the inauguration function.

It is one of the most beautiful temples of Vrindavan whose unique beauty lies in the amazing architectural designs. Its designs are unbelievably different from the rest Vrindavan temples. The central edifice lies in the lap of a spectacular lotus that is surrounded by a water tank. Priyakant Ju – the idols of Radha Krishna are worshipped with total devotion.

Entry Fees, Aarti Timings and Mandir Opening Timings:

There are no Entry fees to visit the Temple and the Mandir timing are 8:30AM - 12:00PM and 4:30PM - 8:30PM. Mangla Aarti timing is 6:00am to 6:30am, Shringar Aarti is at 9:00am, Rajbhog is at 11:45am to 12:00. While in the evening the door opens at 4:30pm, Sandhya Aarti is at 6:30pm, Shayan Bhog is at 7:30pm to 7:45pm.

The temple is located in the heart of the city at Chhatikara, Mathura, Vrindavan Marg, near Vaishno Devi Mandir, Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh 281121. The temple is reachable by taking local Buses, Rickshaws or by hiring Taxis from National Highway Mathura Road.
